A flowering pennantia baylisiana onsite at Tāmaki site of Manaaki Whenua Landcare Research. The Three Kings kaikomako, is a species of plant in the Pennantiaceae family. The late Dr Ross Beever discovered a way for it to produce viable seeds. It is endemic to the Three Kings Islands, Manawa Tāwhi, New Zealand, where only one plant is known to exist.
